Welcome, and thank you for joining the inaugural Revolution on the Rappahannock! This page is your essential guide, with important event details, setup schedules, and registration forms to help ensure a smooth, successful experience.

Event Location:
Pratt Park, 120 River Road, Falmouth, VA 22406
Exhibitor Offload/Onload:
Take the immediate turnoff toward the parking lot adjacent to the Celebrate Theater stage.
Participant Parking:
Pratt Park parking lot, with overflow at Massad Family YMCA, 212 Butler Rd, Falmouth, VA 22405
A Shuttle will run between the sites. Please allow ample time to return to your booth after setup.
Setup:
8:00 AM-11:30 AM
Booth must be fully staffed and operational by 12:00 noon
Breakdown:
5:00 PM-6:30 PM
Please pack out all trash & temporary booth materials. Trash receptacles are available on-site.

Rules & Safety
Insurance
Revolution on the Rappahannock is fully covered by a comprehensive general liability event insurance policy. This policy extends coverage to protect both our participants and Stafford County against covered third-party bodily injury and property damage claims arising directly from the event.
Safety & Setup
You are responsible for securing your exhibitor items. Participants must handle their own setup and breakdown. Artisans using fire and historical weapons need to coordinate with the Event Coordinators and Stafford County staff as required before the event.
Theme Alignment
Our event celebrates the important history of the Rappahannock region during the birth of our nation and its lasting legacy. As an exhibitor, you play a vital role in this mission. All exhibits, demonstrations, and vendor displays should align with the theme of the "Revolution on the Rappahannock" event. This may include immersing our visitors in the Colonial and Revolutionary War era, educating the public about how this region contributed to American independence, and highlighting the importance of ongoing preservation and conservation efforts.

QUICK FAQs
Where do I set up my table?
Please use the site map at the end of this packet to see your table location, as well as load-in, first aid tent, food truck, and other event details. Please note that the map is subject to change, and we welcome your input.
What to bring and other logistics?
We encourage all Exhibitors and Heritage Artisans to bring their own tents, tables, and chairs for sun protection.
If you need equipment (tent, tables, chairs), please email Jaime at jaime@jrfawcett.com at your earliest opportunity so we can coordinate support.
Will there be water and food?
The Freedom Forge Foundation will provide water located at the information tent for all Exhibitors and Heritage Artisans, though we encourage all participants to bring their own water bottles as well. Two food trucks will be available during the event.
Can I sell my organization’s merchandise?
In alignment with Revolution on the Rappahannock and Stafford County guidelines, no outside merchandise may be sold at the event during our inaugural year.
Will there be Revolution on the Rappahannock merchandise?
YES! We will have T-shirts, hats, and mugs available both at the event and through the official Freedom Forge Bonfire website. We encourage all participants to visit our Freedom Forge Foundation table and support the preservation of the historic Hunter’s Iron Works site.
Is there electricity?
Public electricity outlets exist at the Celebrate Stage and Pavilions, however the Event Staff will have first priority at all times.
What if it rains?
Should it rain, the event will unfortunately be canceled. Event staff will reach out directly to Exhibitors and Heritage Artisans ahead of time with updates.
Can I bring a vehicle for loading in and out?
Yes, you may do so during morning setup and afternoon breakdown. An access road runs directly to the parking area directly beside the Celebrate Stage and volunteers will be present to guide you.
